Webmaster tools provides the facility to target our sites to some particular geographic locations on the planet. If you don't know how to do that see the post : How to target my site to geographic locations?
But it may happen that we want different parts of site to be targeted at different locations. There is no direct option available. Matt Cutts himself answers this question. See the video:
